Friends of Leith Hall
Minutes of Meeting held on Tuesday 25th of May at 7pm

Attendees: Stewart Petrie, Grainne Patton, Tina Low, Tony Hunter, Nigel Maddison and Dinah Rennie

1.The Minutes of the previous Meeting were agreed

2. The potential open weekends were discussed. Those committee members in attendance agreed that they would be willing to help with these weekends, which are being organised by Eileen Law (ex Property Manager and liason on behalf of the volunteer guides) and Tina Low.

3.The recent press release issued by Dawn Ranson was discussed by the committee.

4. It was agreed that we should go ahead with an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Friends of Leith Hall to update them on where we are and to vote new members on to the committee. It was agreed that this would be held on Saturday the 26th of June at Rannes Hall, 12.30pm with tea/coffee/sandwiches. An agenda for this meeting was agreed and will be posted on the Friends website. Membership forms will be available on the day.

5. Next committee meeting will be on Tuesday 22nd of June, 7pm at Leith Hall in advance of the EGM.
