NOTES
This meeting is being held due to recent changes within the Friends Committee. As a group we have all acknowledged that it has been a difficult start but have a strategy in place to move us forward. It is also an opportunity for members and non-members to get more information on what has been happening both within the group and with the NTS in their plans for the Hall.
Nominations for the above positions can be made in advance of the meeting should anyone not be able to attend. These can be forwarded to the secretary, Christina Low clow@nts.org.uk or in writing Castle Fraser, Sauchen, Inverurie, AB51 7LD.
Please note that only Members of the Friends have the right to vote, membership forms will be available on the day if anyone would like to join.
Tea/Coffee/Sandwiches will be provided in advance of the meeting.
